Post-October New Theme
October has come and gone and so down must come the Pink for October theme. I’ve been working on this theme in my spare hours but overall I really like it. Nothing revolutionary, no JavaScript, one Internet Explorer 6- CSS file (gif replacement for the transparent png logo) and yet its a great leap forward for me. This design was the first one I did using Photoshop to design the initial layout and look. I don’t know if the end result shows it but I was able to forget about the limitations of CSS and XHTML and really have fun. I think that future designs will translate better from Photoshop to CSS/XHTML but overall I am happy.
I have decided to continue supporting cancer on this site by including links to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society in the footer.

Very nice design. I can see you put a lot of hard work into it. Would you like to make a theme for my blog? ;-)
I don’t know, you probably want too much Jazz on your blog. Once you go K2 you can never go back :o)
Ain’t it the truth, brother. Ain’t it the truth.
Nice! I’ve seen the preview, so it was kinda like cheating, but curious no links section anymore?
Well as to the links section, it doesn’t fit anymore. I don’t want to have a sidebar and the footer is full enough so my plan was to move the links section off to the author bio page but I haven’t gotten around to creating that yet.
Still trying to figure out how I am going to update adamhewgill.com which will play a role in how parts of this site are linked.
Very nice look. You’re learning, stop learning, learning bad, people good. Get away from the computer.
Hehe, your just afraid that I’ll start edging in on your business with my new development and design firm.
